The "see through" trend we saw emerge last season (sheer skirts, mesh tops) has returned in full force in New York's S/S 2012 shows. The runway has been filled with lots of mesh and sheer fabrics, exposed bra tops, even our pocketed hands are getting their turn in the spotlight (Alexander Wang). Although I do find it is a tough trend to navigate for the workplace, I am happy it is sticking around. It has made the sportier looks I love so much all the more edgy and fun.
